Student ownership programme  (SOP)

The aim of this programme is to empower every teacher to guide, lead, help, counsel, train and make each one of the small group that he leads 100%employable. This is designed to bring out the best in each student and it calls for tremendous commitment and result oriented work from every teacher. It is true that each student and each teacher has tremendous potential to work and succeed in every way.

The owner has the responsibility of motivating his students and to work towards a total improvement in all areas.

Every teacher is the owner  of the particular group he leads. He has the freedom and  responsibility to mould the students in the group so that each one of them acquire the competence for a good career.
