Fee Structure

  1) Hostel & Canteen expenses may vary depending upon the curriculum and price variation of  the commodities. Taxes if any will be charged extra. Hostel room allocation will be done based on availability and first come first serve basis.

2) Canteen/Text Book/Uniform/Graduation Expenses at actual only. The excess expenses incurred, if any over and above the amount collected shall be born by the students and the excess collection over actual expenses will be refunded or adjusted against the fees.

Text Books, Uniform & Laptops are mandatory for all students at the College. Those who don’t have the Laptop and willing to purchase the same through the College are required to remit Rs.35000/- additionally along with the fees.

3) All the payments should be made on yearly basis. First year fee has to be remitted on the day of admission and the second year fee on or before 30th June 2013

Amount should be transferred to DC KIZHAKEMURI FOUNDATION, A/c No.31738319869 at State Bank of India, Thodupuzha Branch(RTGS/NEFT Code: SBIN0008674) through any of the following options:

a) i-Collect: Those who are having internet banking account with SBI/SBT may transfer the amount through i-Collect facility. The student has to login to internet banking account and select i-Collect option and follow the instruction in order to avail this facility. Students can take the print out of the receipt immediately after making the payment.

b) Online payment using Internet Banking/Core Banking Accounts of other Banks: Amount may be transferred to the Account through Electronic/RTGS/NEFT transfer. Name of the candidate and Transfer Identification Number should be provided, if the payment is made by Electronic transfer. Also the receipt/acknowledgement slip should be submitted to the College Office at the time of admission.

c) Remittance at SBI Branches using DCSMAT Challan: Students can remit the amount at SBI branches anywhere in India. The Challan may be downloaded from DCSMAT website (www.dcsmat.ac.in) and the amount can be remitted at the SBI Branch along with the filled up Challan. The Bank will give back 2 copies of challans duly stamped by the branch. One copy of the challan should be submitted to the College Office at the time of admission.

Please note that no other mode of payments will be accepted.
