REWARD MANAGEMENT

policy in organizations. Wage Concepts: Minimum wage, fair wage, Living wage,

Types of wages, Wage policy in India. Wage determination: Wage determinant

methods, Wage differentials, Working of different institutions relating to reward

systems like Wage Boards and pay commission

 

Module 2

 

Job Evaluation: Introduction, internal and External Equity, Methodsf evaluation

and process, Computer based support systems.

 

Module 3

 

Pay structure, board banding, contingent pay, pay for performance, competence,

skill based incentive schemes. Executive and shop floor level, team rewards,
