The Campus

Nestled in the picturesque valley of the meandering hills of Vagamon, DCSMAT Campus is designed as an academic township of unique style, artfully integrating intelligent functionality of purpose with traditional architectural style of Kerala. The Campus, which spreads over an area of 30 acres, is in perfect accord with the natural contour of the land and the perennial stream that skirts it.

Residence Life
The residential facilities and other amenities make the campus a complete township. Well furnished separate housing for both boys and girls face an open courtyard and all the rooms have windows that offer panoramic views of the beautiful evergreen hills and grass-lands. The other facilities include students activity plaza, a spacious study lounge, telephone, photocopier, cafeteria, snack bar, a convenience store, etc.
The housing facility for the resident faculty is well-equipped and provided with aesthetically designed living and dining area and bedrooms. A well-furnished guesthouse for visiting faculty and dignitaries is also attached to the resident faculty block.

Food Service and Diet
The cafeteria, serviced by qualified personnel, serves delectable vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. A mess committee consisting of staff and student representatives ensure efficient management and frequent revision of the menu

Recreation Facility
For relaxation and fun, DCSMAT offers both indoor and outdoor games such as caroms, chess, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton etc. Other facilities are an open-air theatre, multipurpose gymnasium, swimming pool, movie club run by the students, etc.
Ample opportunities for trekking and cycling. There are plenty of formal and informal break up space that permits easy interaction amongst the students and faculty.

Campus Clubs
Campus clubs–a key element of the DCSMAT experience–bring together students with common interests and hobbies. The professionally oriented clubs such as marketing, finance, HR, community development, arts, nature and photography clubs, communication forum etc. are major focal points of student activity and involvement. Our aim is to develop an overall managerial acumen by conducting a plethora of socio-cultural events and extra curricular activities.

Year Book, Internet Radio, Newsletter and Journal

These will be unique media to express students’ creativity and imagination. DCSMAT has a bimonthly Newsletter, which reports the myriad activities of the B-School. The Year Book, a true record of the memorable days at DCSMAT, will be a souvenir to be treasured. The Internet Radio run by the students has been an active element of the campus life which gives opportunity to practice communication in an Intranet set up. .

Health Insurance
DCSMAT requires all the students to be enrolled in fulltime health insurance coverage that provides basic hospital and medical benefits. Coverage must be maintained through out the student’s enrolment.

Mobile Phone Facility
As a part of Industry Institution Interface, BSNL, ESCOTEL and RELIANCE have installed Communication Towers in the Campus, enabling Mobile Connectivity.

With all these programmes, we aim to introduce our students to a set of values including empathy and civic sense
